Meet Carla Cordoves

Carla is the President of Gold Moon Capital Group and the founder of Gold Moon Capital, a multifamily investment company.

Her investment experience began with her first property acquisition at the age of 23 and has grown to include short-term rentals, land and value-add multifamily properties. Before launching Gold Moon, Carla worked as a Fortune 500 technology consultant and built experience advising businesses and government entities.

That combination allows Carla to look at an opportunity from both sides: as an investor evaluating the strength of an asset and as a business strategist examining the systems, operations and decisions behind it.

Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, Carla also brings an international perspective and the ability to build relationships across different markets and communities.

Meet Jimmy Bierbauer

Jimmy serves as Vice President of Gold Moon Capital Group, where he leads the company’s capital-sourcing strategies.

His experience includes commercial real estate, lending, financial modeling and strategic capital planning. Jimmy works with investors and business owners to understand what they are trying to accomplish, evaluate the numbers and identify capital solutions that align with the project.

Jimmy also brings an operator’s perspective shaped by his background in hospitality management. He understands that finding capital is only one part of a successful investment. The property or business must also operate effectively, generate revenue and support long-term value.

In addition to his work with Gold Moon, Jimmy serves on the board of Pop.Earth, a nonprofit providing inclusive wellness programs for individuals with autism and other special needs.
